Shelby, originally from East Tennessee, embarked on a career as an EMT, upon completing her studies. However, she soon realized that her true calling lay in the skilled trades that had been a part of her upbringing. Growing up, Shelby gained valuable experience operating heavy machinery and assisting with various trade-related tasks. This hands-on exposure ignited a deep-seated interest in mechanical systems and equipment. Motivated by her desire to further her knowledge and skills in the mechanical field, Shelby made a career pivot and transitioned into HVAC.

Since joining LJS Mechanical, Shelby has proven to be an invaluable asset, demonstrating unwavering dedication, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. Her commitment to excellence has made her a respected member of the team, and she continues to excel in her role. 

During her time off from work, she dedicates herself to volunteering as a firefighter in Washburn, coaching for little league softball, and embarking on adventures with her dog Daisy.
